Shipping & Returns

At Hey Jude Graphic Tees, we want you to love your order. Because many of our items are made to order and seasonal, we do have a few return guidelines listed below.

Please read all product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for store credit or size exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Items must:

  • Be unworn and unwashed
  • Be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or pet hair
  • Have original tags attached
  • Be returned in original condition

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue store credit or process your approved exchange.

Size Exchanges

Need a different size? We’ve got you.

Eligible items may be exchanged for a different size of the same item, depending on availability. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Because many items are printed to order, exchange inventory is not guaranteed.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Seasonal and holiday items
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Accessories, hats, and drinkware
  • Items marked FINAL SALE
  • XO, Fetti items
  • KenzKustomz items

XO, Fetti and KenzKustomz products may ship separately and are fulfilled through partner brands. These items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at heyjudegraphictees@gmail.com .

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and issue
  • A brief explanation

We will make it right as quickly as possible.

Shipping Information

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Most made-to-order items ship within our current processing timeframe listed on the website.

Once packages are shipped, delivery times are determined by USPS or UPS and are outside of our control.

Hey Jude Graphic Tees is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders begin processing quickly, cancellations or order edits are not guaranteed after purchase.
