Shipping Policy

At Hey Jude Graphic Tees, each order is made with care and produced specifically for you. We work hard to process and ship orders as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality our customers expect.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, sales events, product launches, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.

We ship orders through trusted carriers, including USPS and UPS.

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been shipped, transit times are determined by the carrier and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Hey Jude Graphic Tees is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. However, we are happy to assist customers with filing carrier claims when applicable.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Local Pickup

When available, local pickup can be selected at checkout. Customers will receive an email notification when their order is ready for pickup.
